Carmines at Candleworks has an exciting opportunity for a talented Sous Chef. We are located in the heart of Historic Downtown New Bedford, Massachusetts.
- Vacation Time
- 6+ years experience as a Line Cook
- 8-10 hour shifts
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability will be required
- Upscale casual restaurant
- New Bedford, MA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef: 3 years (Preferred)
- Line Cook: 6 years (Preferred)
- Exceptional proven kitchen management operational experience (menu development, prep process, inventory management, scheduling management, etc.) 3 years
- Experience with computer programs (ms office, excel, Toast, scheduling systems, inventory systems)
